Tristar Athletes, In this table we present the peak continuous training load score for each athlete. Recall that CTL score is a rolling average of your daily training stress score over the past 42 days. Your peak CTL is the highest CTL you achieve in a period of training. The numbers in this table help you select your training hours and load that’s best for you and your ability.

“Cliff: See attached my 2018 "Race Plan".. I updated it today.. “ What I do NOT fully understand is WHY my CTL have just kept on "declining" from the peak(s) in March and April?
Can you shed some further wisdom about this please?
Dr... So if I focus on CTL for a moment and look at the CTL in a "last 6 months" perspective.. My CYCLING CTL performance been constantly improving ("big bump" up during Tristar LP week...)... WHILE my RUNNING CTL performance been doing the opposite... with my two "bumps" taking place in March and April which was when my "pure" 10K and 13.2M took place....
My RUN CTL was a peak at 43 in March.. and end of April bumped up to a 40.. but now just a 28....
What is going on..?? Please provide some (further) insight please DR..
