MONTHS
Consistency in Tristar training leads to longer term results and goal attainment. Additional coaching months commitment will also be a lower price point for monthly coaching services. This option is not a subscription payment model that can be canceled or a “pay in part” program. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.

COACHES CERTIFICATION LEVEL
Our coaches experience level will change the monthly coaching cost, all Tristar Athletes certified coaches meet weekly to discuss the athletes progress together. Learn more about each coach below.
NUTRITION AND VIDEO ANALYSIS
Raceday meal planning advice for your key events as well as daily meal planning and macro nutrient advice as part of our Lean Endurance nutrition program. Manage energy, lose weight, and get stronger with your nutrition and help of your Tristar Athletes coach.
Video analysis for swimming biking and running where your coach receives videos from you remotely and provides engaging feedback on how to improve your biomechanics for speed, economy and injury prevention.
*Nutrition and video analysis is an additional coaching option to add to your monthly coaching, pricing is based on additional months selected.
