Soup can swimming by Masters Coach Michael Collins. It's a 20 min set of 10 x "100". Odd's are Free, Evens are IM. Free is 20 strokes, 4 times with a streamline squat in between. IM is 10 Stroke Fly, 20 Back, 10 Breast, & 20 Free. All 100's are on a 2:00 interval. 1st round is easy with slower tempo. Each round pace picks up and times go down.
