Tell us something unique to you : Never working or training a day in my life is what I work towards everyday. If you enjoy what you're doing, who you are doing it with and how you are doing it, thats the goal. I'm a freelance photographer working in the triathlon field for various brands and race organizations.
What are your goals?: My goal is to continually improve, not just pace and times but my own health and goals, both within triathlon and outside.
Tell us more about your training and racing history and accomplishments: Started in local sprints and olympics. I had been on a swim team when I was younger, cross country in high school and took up cycling around the same time. Put the three together and was hooked! Number of years as a Tristar Athlete and years in endurance sports: 3
What races are you currently signed up for?: My races for 2019 are St. George 70.3, IRONMAN Lake Placid and IRONMAN Arizona.
Current training tactics: Working on a little bit of everything while keeping a stable base to compete at the full distance.
Your favorite training, camp or racing memory: Last year at IRONMAN Maryland was my favorite racing memory. Training is alot of wax on, wax off and Maryland was the pinnacle. Going into the last loop of the run course and knowing the goal was well within hand and just soaking it all in was incredible at the end of a sub 11 1/2 hour full distance.

"Consistency trumps 'big days'. Continuously making deposits in the fitness bank, as small as they may sometimes seem, will make a big withdrawal on race day that much more manageable. That said, every so often 'life happens' and some course-correction is inevitable - that's where the TriStar coaching approach, backed by science and experience, is guaranteed to make a difference." —Coach Attila Kelemen
