Calf Raise

GOAL: Improve force delivery to the pedal for cycling and improve running strength (run power stiffness.)

How its done; Keep your feet alined - your legs, hips, back and shoulders should be aligned at all times as you lift and lower. NOTE: to be effective the calfs do not need to be overworked. These are sensitive muscles. if you are doing these workouts for the first time, leave the extra weight out.
