★★★How to update your Tristar coaches with your races and training schedule in training peaks

The short video below demos how to update your race calendar and monthly/weekly training schedule with our coaches.

The best way to send us your schedule would be a Monday-Sunday a weekly list of time available for each discipline.  Note, hours indicated do not take into consideration setup for the workout or breakdown/recovery  : )  You can enter them into training peaks directly creating an event “other” and putting daily comments in the title.  You can also do the same with confirmed races.  If races are unconfirmed please enter “TBD” in the title.

Example;

Week of Jan 16th...

Monday: S,B,R 1-2hr AM, 1hr PM

Tuesday: B  1.5hr AM

Wednesday: B,R 0hr PM, 2hr Pm

Thursday: S,R 1hr AM (travel day)

Friday:- Rest day preferable

Saturday:- 3hr S,B,R

Sunday: 2hr S,B,R (family)

Week of Jan 23rd…. etc.

Monday: ….etc etc.
