Are there good/convenient facilities for cycling, running and swimming? Do you have access to a treadmill and indoor bike trainer? Are you in a relationship? Do you have children? Work or job? Optional: Please tell us about your nutrition and training surrounding your period. Example cycle length in days and timing or regularity. Often times this is helpful for our coaches to create a custom plan that suits your hormones. You can indicate the start date of your period for your coach in training peaks for key sessions.
