Tristar Coaches race notes;
Net down hill in terms of total elevation.
Careful not to “blow it out” in the first 10K being slightly downhill.
Temperatures are rather favorable this time of year, but be prepared for warmer temps based on daily conditions.
Fueling; stay on it early - stick to what you practiced in training and modify slightly on the day. +/- based on heat. Follow the Tristar Athletes heat protocols.
