Tristar Coaches race notes;

  • Net down hill in terms of total elevation.

  • Careful not to “blow it out” in the first 10K being slightly downhill.

  • Temperatures are rather favorable this time of year, but be prepared for warmer temps based on daily conditions.

  • Fueling; stay on it early - stick to what you practiced in training and modify slightly on the day. +/- based on heat. Follow the Tristar Athletes heat protocols.
